Who operates Sawyer AP
Sawyer AP is an Anatomy & Physiology education division of Sawyer Education. Sawyer Education is operated by Sawyer Consulting Ltd.
Contact messages
When you use the Sawyer AP contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, subject, and message, so we can receive and respond to your request.
Contact submissions are stored securely and are not automatically added to the Sawyer AP newsletter.
The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie that is necessary to protect the form from misuse and help keep submissions secure. This cookie expires when your browser session ends.
Newsletter, MailerLite, and reCAPTCHA
If you choose to subscribe to the Sawyer AP newsletter, your first name and email address are processed by MailerLite for subscription management, double opt-in confirmation, email delivery, and unsubscribe handling.
The newsletter signup uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect the form from spam and automated abuse. MailerLite and reCAPTCHA may use cookies or similar browser storage as needed to display, secure, and process the signup form.
These services are separate from Sawyer AP’s optional Analytics choice.
Optional Google Analytics
Sawyer AP uses Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how visitors use the site, including which pages are viewed, how visitors interact with the site, and which links are followed.
Google Analytics is optional. It does not load unless you choose Accept Analytics. If you decline Analytics, the rest of the site continues to work normally.
Google Analytics may collect information such as page views, session activity, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions with the site. It may use first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions.
Sawyer AP does not use Google Analytics for personalized advertising.
Your Analytics preference is remembered for a limited period so you do not have to make the same choice on every page. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Privacy Choices in the footer.

Legacy A&P learning materials
Some preserved legacy A&P learning materials were created with Adobe Captivate. These publications may use local or session browser storage to support media playback and other lesson functionality.
This storage is separate from Sawyer AP Analytics.
Survey, booking, meetings, payments, and external services
The Sawyer AP learning-opportunities survey is hosted through Google Forms.
Tutoring appointments are scheduled through Google Calendar Appointment Schedules, and online sessions use Google Meet. Payment is processed through Stripe as part of the Google scheduling workflow. SawyerAP.com does not collect or store your payment-card details.
Sawyer AP also links to services such as Patreon and other external websites. When you leave SawyerAP.com and use another service, that provider’s own privacy and cookie practices apply.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain security, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes.
Some information may also be retained by the third-party services we use according to their own policies and settings.
