Booking and payment
Payment is required when booking through the secure Google Appointment Schedule and its connected Stripe payment workflow. Current availability is maintained on that external scheduling page.
Cancellation and refunds
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments/no-shows are nonrefundable. Eligible refunds are handled manually through Stripe; cancelling a calendar appointment does not automatically issue a refund.
Cancellation or technical issues on Sawyer AP’s side
If Sawyer AP must cancel a session, or if a technical problem within Sawyer AP’s control prevents the session from taking place, the student may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Changes requested later may be treated as a late cancellation.
Late arrival
Sessions end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the appointment or reduce the price.
One student per booking
One-on-one bookings are for one student. Students may not add guests to the Calendar event or Google Meet.
Technology and connectivity
Students should use a reliable internet connection and test their device, microphone, and camera. Sawyer AP will make a reasonable effort to address technical issues within its control, but student-side connectivity does not automatically extend a session.
Academic integrity
Tutoring supports learning and reasoning. Dr. Sawyer will not complete graded assignments or take quizzes, exams, or practicals for a student.
No guarantees or medical services
Tutoring does not guarantee a grade, score, admission result, or course outcome and does not provide medical advice or healthcare services.
Respectful conduct
Students and tutor must communicate respectfully. A session may be ended for harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, unsafe behavior, academic-integrity requests, or other conduct that makes a productive educational session impossible. A session ended for one of these reasons may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for a refund.
